Dear participant of the IV International kantele Competition,
The final timetable rehearsal times included can be found here. Please check the time table as soon as possible and inform the producer immediately if you notice any mistakes. As we have mentioned before, unfortunately the rehearsal schedule is very tight and meant mostly for tuning. You cannot exceed the given time limits and have to leave the room by the end of your rehearsal time. The sizes of ensembles have been taken in consideration in rehearsal times. If you wish to rehearse the day before your competition performance it might be possible during the evening. If you are interested in this possibility, please contact the producer of the competition kilpailut@kantele.net .
We also ask you to fill in the forms for shared transportation and accommodation if you are participating those. At latest it has to be done by 9.4., but preferably earlier. More detailed info will be found in the forms:
